By downloading, installing, or using the Katchi application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Katchi provides a community life guide for U.S. military personnel and their families stationed in Korea. The Service includes PCS checklists, local directory, AQI information, event listings, and related features. Content is for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
• Scrape or harvest data without written permission
• Violate any OPSEC (Operational Security) policies

5. Disclaimer

Katchi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with the Department of Defense (DoD), United States Forces Korea (USFK), or any U.S. government entity. Information provided is for general reference only and may not reflect current official guidance. Always verify important information through official military channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Katchi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on information provided within the app.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
